1. Application for visa extension for children of foreign nationality whose parents are Vietnamese is as follows:
– Form NA5 Application form for visa, visa, visa extension, extension of temporary residence for foreigners in Vietnam
The NA5 declaration has the signature of a relative and confirmation from the ward police of the place of residence.
– Original passport valid for at least 06 months
– Birth certificate or other documents proving that one parent is Vietnamese (If in a foreign language, consular legalization and translation are required).
– Original citizen identification card or passport of a parent who is a Vietnamese citizen
