Advantages: Foreigners contact and receive a visa. Have a Vietnam visa stuck in your passport before entering Vietnam.

Disadvantages: Must contact Vietnamese Embassy Units to complete procedures, travel time (geographic distance) and visa approval time therefore depends on Vietnamese Embassy Units (usually It takes 01-02 days to get the results if there is a contact letter).

– Documents proving family relationships (marriage certificate, birth certificate) – certified copy, notarized translation into Vietnamese, consular legalized
