The basic Chinese visa application application includes the following documents:
– Passport valid for more than 6 months – original
– 02 4×6 photos with white background
– Photocopy of citizen identification card, first time going abroad, add photocopy of household registration book or permanent residence declaration CT07

Application for China visa for tourism purposes:
– Booking airline tickets and hotel rooms
– Detailed trip itinerary
– For children, add original Birth Certificate, if parents do not come along, add authorization for guardian
– For foreigners, add a valid Vietnamese visa
Application for Chinese visa for business and trade:
– Invitation letter from the Chinese side, Chinese company business registration
– Decision to send to Vietnam on business trip, Vietnamese company business registration notarized
Note: If you are a business owner, request a notarized copy of Business Registration or a photo with the company’s red stamp
Chinese visa application for family visit:
– Original documents proving relationship (marriage registration, birth certificate, DNA test)
– In case the wife visits her husband: Original marriage certificate
– In case parents visit their children: Birth certificate or DNA test (documents proving relationship must be consistent with personal information such as full name, date of birth, CCCD number or passport number)
– Passport and ID card of relatives in China
– Invitation letter from relatives in China
Chinese visa application for marriage:
– Certificate of legalized marital status
– Passport and ID card of relatives in China
Step 1: Guests need to have their husband’s ID notarized to confirm their single status most accurately.)
Step 2: Proceed with legalization at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam
Step 3: Legalization at the Embassy (Bride required to be present)
Step 4: After getting the consular legalization results, proceed to apply for a marriage visa
After obtaining a marriage visa, the Vietnamese bride goes to China and gets married at a competent authority in China
