Foreign investors are understood as individuals with nationality who invest capital in Vietnam to establish companies or buy shares of businesses in Vietnam.

The basis for identifying a person as an investor is based on the Investment Certificate, Business Registration License and documents confirming investment status from competent State agencies in Vietnam. Investors are not required to apply for a Work Permit according to current provisions of Vietnamese Law.

– Employees: Foreigners are understood as individuals with foreign nationality who are approved by the Department of Labor or the Management Board of industrial parks, export processing zones, etc. issue a limited-term work permit.

The basis for determining a person is a foreign worker for visa issuance is based on a valid work permit issued by a competent Vietnamese State agency.

– Experts are foreigners working at a parent company abroad or a foreign partner who needs to come to Vietnam to provide technical and professional support to the subsidiary or perform signed services and contracts. with companies in Vietnam for a short period of time

Visa applications for the following subjects basically require the following main documents:

Passport of foreigners:

– Operating license (Investment license, Business registration certificate) – certified copy;

– Work permit – certified copy

– Seal sample certificate – certified copy;
