Documents and procedures for making a temporary residence card
1. Temporary residence card based on employment status: Foreigners with a legal work permit in Vietnam.
Foreigners are granted a temporary residence card up to the term of their work permit.
File:
– Passport – Original
– Original visa (if the visa is issued separately and is not included in the passport)
– 02 2×3 photos with white background, no glasses
– Business registration, investment certificate – notarized copy not older than 06 months
– Work permit – notarized copy not expired 06 months
– Letter of introduction – Signed and stamped by legal representative (HCMC company)
– NA6 – Legal representative signs and seals
– NA8 – Person requesting to sign, clearly state full name
2. Temporary residence card application for investment with personal capital contribution of 3 billion or more
File :
– Passport – Original
– Original visa (if the visa is issued separately and is not included in the passport)
– 02 2×3 photos with white background, no glasses
– Business registration, investment certificate – notarized copy not older than 06 months
– Work permit – notarized copy not expired 06 months
– Letter of introduction – Signed and stamped by legal representative (HCMC company)
– NA6 – Legal representative signs and seals
– NA8 – Person requesting to sign, clearly state full name
– Latest quarterly VAT report – photocopied on A4 paper and stamped by the company
