III – Entry official documents for visiting relatives (husband, wife, and children in Vietnam)

– Passport side of guarantor information page (photocopy on A4 paper) – Stamped with company tag

– Double-sided temporary residence card of the sponsor (photocopy on A4 paper) – Stamped and hung by the company

– Sponsor’s work permit – notarized copy not more than 03 months expired

– Documents proving family relationships – Consular legalized copy – notarized copy and translated into Vietnamese, within 03 months

– Business registration – notarized copy within 03 months

IV – Official entry letter for investors who contribute capital to the company of over 03 billion

– Business registration/Investment certificate – notarized copy within 3 months

V – Official entry letter for experts and technical workers who do not have a work permit
